  • SOP: Stantard operation procedure.

Modalities

  • Paper modality: Face-to-face training where employees do not have access to the system. In this mode, it is possible to print the attendance form and the exams to be completed manually, then the trainer can register the information in the system for its administration and management.

  • Tablet mode: Face-to-face training where there are tablets and / or PCs to record attendance and take exams. This mode avoids the use of paper.

  • Online mode: The collaborator has access to the platform and can take the course online by recording the information in real time.
